Microphone and Headphones

• Use an external microphone if you have one. This provides the best audio quality.

• If you don’t have an external microphone, a pair of Apple EarBuds or AirPods will work.

• Wear headphones during the interview to prevent echo and feedback.

Environment

• Choose a quiet place where you are unlikely to be interrupted.

• Ensure you have a strong internet connection.

• Avoid areas with background noise (e.g., lawn mowers, children playing).

Video Quality

• We record both audio and video, so use the highest quality webcam available.

• Make sure you are in a well-lit room. Natural light or a good lamp works best.

• Check your background and remove any clutter or distractions.

Clothing

• Dress comfortably but appropriately. Avoid bright colors and busy patterns which may not appear well on camera.

• Test your microphone and camera before the session to ensure everything is working.

• Have water nearby and take breaks if needed. We can pause the recording at any time.

We will have a free-flowing exchange of thoughts, stories, and ideas.

• Don’t worry if you need to redo an answer or take a moment to gather your thoughts. We can edit the recording as needed.

Once the episode is edited, we’ll notify you with the release date.
