Happy Grasshopper’s  Voicemail Drop feature allows you to leave perfectly-timed, personalized voicemails for your contacts — without even ringing their phone. You can record your voicemail using an existing script or create one completely from scratch.

Step 1: Go to Voicemail Drops

Navigate to Send Now in the left-hand menu, go to the Voicemail Drops tab and click Create New Voicemail Drop.

Step 2: Record Your Message

  • Choose a script or write your own
  • Start recording your message or upload an audio file
  • Name your message
  • Add recipients and exclusions if needed 
  • Choose a callback number, this is the number people will reach when they call back after receiving your ringless voicemail drop

Make your message sound like  you—friendly, conversational, and clear.

Step 3: Send Your Voicemail

Once your voicemail is ready, choose a send date and time to send. The recipients will receive the voicemail in their phone app, all without ever ringing.
