Campaign Reporting Guide

Go to Reporting

Head to the left-hand sidebar, go to Insights, and click Reporting.

What You’ll See in Reporting

  • Delivered: The number of emails successfully sent
  • Soft Bounce: Temporary failure (e.g. server issues); system retries for 24–48 hours
  • Hard Bounce: Permanent failure (e.g. invalid address); will not retry
  • Opened: Contacts who opened your email
  • Clicked: Contacts who clicked a link within the email
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribes from that email
  • Complaint: Spam reports (email was marked as spam manually)

Note: A “complaint” doesn’t mean someone disliked your content, it’s a standard email flag.

Drilling Into Email Details

To view deeper reporting on a specific message:

  • Click the subject line of the email
  • From here, you can view all contacts who opened or clicked, export the results and view the original message that was sent

This breakdown helps you see which content or call-to-actions performed best. Monitor bounce rates regularly to keep your contact list clean and maintain strong deliverability. 

Click into individual reports to review message performance and understand how your emails are resonating.
