How to Edit Your Profile and Settings In Happy Grasshopper

Profile And Settings Guide

Go to Profile / Settings

Head to the left-hand sidebar, scroll to Management, and click Profile / Settings. You can also click on your profile picture at the top right.

Profile

The Profile tab is where you manage your basic account and contact details.

You can update:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Company Name
  • Birth Date and Gender
  • Time Zone
  • Business Address

This information is used throughout your account and is automatically inserted into places like your email signature, so it’s important to keep it current.

After making updates, scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.

Notifications

The Notifications tab controls which alerts and updates you receive from Happy Grasshopper.

You can toggle notifications for things like:

  • Daily Hot Sheet Emails
  • Audience Message Queued Emails
  • Audience Message Sent Emails
  • Audience Library Updates
  • Unread Text Message Alerts
  • New Contact Alerts
  • Live Sessions Emails

These settings allow you to choose which system notifications arrive by email or text, helping you stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Celebrations

The Celebrations tab allows you to automate messages for important dates connected to your contacts.

You can configure automated messages for:

  • Birthdays
  • Transaction Anniversaries
  • Holidays

For each event type, you can decide whether to send text messages or voicemail drops.

You can also choose how many days before the event the message should be sent. This makes it easy to stay connected with contacts during important milestones.

Sending Splits

The Sending Splits tab controls how large message sends are distributed over time.

This helps manage deliverability when sending communications to large audiences.

You can configure:

  • Email sending limits
  • Voicemail drop sending limits
  • Intervals between sending batches
  • Optional restrictions on send hours

These settings ensure messages are sent gradually rather than all at once.

Persona Quiz

The Persona Quiz helps personalize your messaging experience inside Happy Grasshopper.

The information entered here helps the system better tailor messaging and recommendations based on your business and market.

Questions may include:

  • Your brokerage, office, or brand name
  • Whether you work on a team
  • Your service area
  • How long you’ve lived in your market
  • What you love about your area
  • Your average sales price

Providing detailed answers helps generate messaging that better reflects your business style and local expertise.

Other Settings

The Other Settings tab contains additional account options and system tools.

From here you can:

  • Update your password
  • Resend email notifications

These controls help maintain account security and allow you to revisit resources when needed.
