Need a fresh message to stay in front of your contacts? Email by Audience is your go-to library for ready-to-send, prewritten content—customized for your contact groups and updated regularly by our pro writing team.

Step 1: Go to Email By Audience

Navigate to Send Now in the left-hand menu and go to the Email by Audience tab. 

You'll find:

  • Handcrafted email messages tailored to different contact types (audiences)
  • New message options every two weeks
  • A default sending cycle of once every three weeks

Step 2: Choose Your Message

Click Preview to see each message, you can also filter by audience or category.

Step 3: Edit & Schedule Your Message

Once you've chosen a message, close the preview, click More and then Edit & Schedule.

  • Select your audience and exclusions if needed
  • Customize your message or send it as-is.
  • Schedule your message or send now.

We refresh these messages every  2 weeks, so there’s always something new waiting for you.
