New Dashboard and Contact Report In Happy Grasshopper

We’re excited to roll out a set of new features and improvements designed to make Happy Grasshopper faster, clearer, and more powerful for managing your database and communications.

This update introduces a brand-new Dashboard, a Contact Report Card for deeper database insights, and a number of enhancements that improve performance, usability, and reliability across the platform.

Dashboard

Your dashboard should help you understand what’s happening in your business immediately. The new Happy Grasshopper Dashboard has been redesigned to give you a faster, clearer snapshot of your activity and results.

With the updated dashboard you can now:

  • Quickly see your active automations
  • Monitor reachable contacts in your database
  • Track hours saved by automation
  • View recent engagement activity such as email opens
  • Review upcoming sends across your campaign
  • Identify your most likely movers based on engagement signals
  • Read recent posts and updates from Happy Grasshopper
  • View your pending tasks and stay consistent
  • Keep track of upcoming birthdays and transaction anniversaries

The goal is to provide you with meaningful insights the moment you sign in so you can focus on the conversations and relationships that matter most.

Contact Report

Your database is the foundation of your marketing. The new Contact Report Card helps you understand the quality and completeness of your contacts so you can improve your results.

  • Profile Info: first and last names, emails, phone numbers
  • Address Info: incomplete or missing address
  • Audience Info: uncategorized contacts and audiences
  • Tag Info: untagged contacts and move score tag
  • Anniversary Info: missing transaction date

Contact Management
Added additional contact filters on the Contacts Index page
Contacts page now loads 50 contacts by default instead of 15
Database indexing improvements for faster load times

Messaging & Campaign Workflow
New separate scheduling modal for SBA, WYO, and MT emails
Automatic Audience Sends now include scheduler time selection and notifications
Content Review & Feedback notifications added

System Performance & Operations
Nightly integration syncs and sending reports
Cancelled user audience settings reset to defaults after 30 days
Users can now create new tags with the same name as soft-deleted tags

UI Improvements
All dismissible modals now include a dismiss (X) button
Update of Game Plan, featuring app-wide shared content and informational and completable tasks to guide users
