Back in March this year, I wrote a post about discovering HappyGrasshopper and the immediate results that came from it.
It was called Success in the Rain – thanks for the Great Tip! and it was all about Lead Generation and the very different kind of emails they send on our behalf.
Short and sweet is the best description I can give you, but also, the kind of emails that generate responses from our clients and isn’t that what we’re after?
I can now tell you, the results from that very first email totalled just under $50,000:
a) 3 listings directly from the email
b) 1 more listing indirectly (buyer of one of those homes)
c) 5 closed transactions (including a Seller buying a new place)
d) 3 referrals
You can’t argue with results like that!
Now, not every month brings results like this but never does a month go by without a response from at least 4 out of 40 people. And, not only are these people staying touch, they are thanking me for doing the same!!! Here is a response received this morning:
“My son, J, is with a good lady now (she has a good money head on her shoulders) and once they have all their ducks in a row, they’re planning on doing some house shopping. They won’t be big dollar spenders and I keep hinting about a place with a “granny” suite, lol. Thanks for keeping in touch”
