So, what can you do to serve the six human needs in your business?
PSYCHOGRAPHICS- the study and classification of people according to their attitudes, aspirations, and other psychological criteria
Humans fall into one of 6 groups. Dan spoke about 3 at Xplode:
- “Joiner”- 40% of Americans
- Fear- Change
- Motivator: Things to stay the same
- “Faker”- 30% of Americans
- Fear- Getting found out
- Motivator- Be desired
- “Royal”- 10% of Americans
- Fear- Being mistaken for a faker
- Motivator- Validation
By recognizing these groups and learning to cater to them, you’ll be able to build rapport with just about anyone you come across.
