Last month someone wrote a blog post about a company called Happy Grasshopper - I wish I knew who to thank!!!
I went to their website, liked what I saw, liked what I read and immediately signed on for the Free Account and within mere moments, I was up and running.
From their site:
“Our team of writers create fun, friendly, referral building email messages. You simply approve them! No more forgetting to keep in touch or struggling with what to say. It’s free to get started, works automatically, and is guaranteed to get results!”
I very quickly and easily inserted 32 of my client names and email addresses: you’re allowed 50 for Free! The short and sweet email went out two days later on my behalf and I immediately saw results.
Four responses came back to me that very first day!!!
1. A client just wanting to say Hi, thanks for the email and brought me up to date on their life over the past few months.
2. Another going thru a divorce and wants me to find her next home.
3. Military client getting his posting orders in a few months, wanted me to come over and give them some tips for upgrading their home for an easier sale.
4. An acquaintance who happens to have the same breed of dog as I do, asked me to come over and provide a Market Evaluation for them as they want to list prior to Easter!!!
This last one was sweet because they were the Buyers for my Seller 4 years ago. They did not invite their former agent to the party!!! I have the listing – YAY!!
So what I am saying to you is YOU’VE GOT TO TRY THIS!
They give you a FREE account and you can upgrade if you want to send out emails to more than 50 people. They call this “Effortless E-Nurturing” and I couldn’t agree more.
Give it a try, you’ve got nothing to lose and only good stuff to gain! Count up how many thousands of $ fell into my lap because I took a few minutes to sign up - and NO, I do not work for the Happy Grasshopper and NO they have not solicited this endorsement!
UPDATE: It was Todd Clark who wrote the piece! THANK YOU TODD
