Happy Grasshopper is seeking an inbound Client Success Team Member to join our fast growing company. You'll be filling a critical role at an ideal time-- AND, you'll get to do it surrounded by an amazing team.   • A happy energetic personality capable of being the first point of contact for inbound support: including a high call volume, respond and follow up through email, and assistance during live chat sessions.
  • Solid proof that you're awesome, ethical, intelligent, persevering and capable of remaining so in a high changing environment
  • Excellent people skills, and willingness to go above and beyond for our clientele
  • Ability to explain technical details, and walkthrough clients through an internet based service

What you'll do:

  1. Respond. Handle new incoming support inquiries. The right person will wow our clients with their knowledge and expertise.
  2. Follow Up. Create tickets for our development team for any unsolved technical issues, and follow up with clients.
  3. Upgrade. Suggest new features to clients, and upsell/upgrade product features as needed.
  4. Learn and Grow. Train with our extensive support staff to better understand customer needs, and grow into larger roles within the support team. We grow from within, and talented individuals are never over looked.
