When will my first message be sent?  How often are my messages sent?

Your first message will be sent within a few days of completing your account setup.  A new message will be sent about every three weeks after that.
 

What happens if I don't like a message?

You'll be notified before every message is sent.  If you don't like it, you'll have time to make changes, replace it entirely or just reject it.  There will be at least 3 alternate messages for you to choose from when you log into your account and click edit.  If you don't approve it, the message will automatically be canceled and a new message will be queued for you in seven days.
 

If I need help setting up my account. loading contacts or with anything else, can somebody help me?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel at any time for any reason.  If you are on an annual plan, we are happy to refund the usused portion of your subscription.
